BIANCO—3D WholeGarment by Saverio Palatella is a collaboration between Italian knitwear designer Saverio Palatella and leading Japanese knitting machine manufacturer, Shima Seiki.
With BIANCO, Saverio Palatella has gone back to the basics of cashmere, eliminating all color to emphasize his mastery of form. Indeed, the designs he has created for the BIANCO exhibit appear simple, yet upon closer inspection they reveal the complex twists and folds that make his designs unique and intriguing. Several of the resulting designs have even been patented for their originality.
